Appointments and Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are current as at September 2026 and are reviewed each July.
The prices below cover consultations and vaccinations only. Medications, tests, procedures and hospitalisation are quoted separately at the time of the visit.
How to book

Online booking is available for standard consultations, vaccinations, puppy and kitten visits, and nurse appointments. Surgery, dentals and euthanasia appointments must be booked by phone so we can talk through preparation and cost.
What to bring - Any previous vaccination certificate or records, if you are new to the clinic - A list of current medications and diets - Cats in a secure carrier; dogs on a lead, not a retractable one - A faecal or urine sample if you have been asked for one
Typical wait for an appointment - Urgent same-day illness or injury: same day, usually within a few hours - Standard consultation: 1 to 3 business days - Vaccination or health check: 3 to 7 days - Dental or surgery: 2 to 4 weeks

After-hours fees
After-hours attendance is charged as a call-out fee plus the cost of the consultation and any treatment.

An after-hours consultation is charged at $132 regardless of length.
Vaccination fees
Every vaccination appointment includes a full physical health check by a veterinarian at no extra cost. A vaccination certificate is issued on the day and a reminder is sent by SMS and email before the next due date.
Dogs

Adult dogs need a C5 booster every 12 months. Dogs boarding at a kennel or attending grooming usually need proof of a C5 given at least 14 days beforehand.
Cats

Outdoor cats and cats that fight are the ones we usually recommend FIV cover for. Indoor-only cats generally need F3 alone.
Rabbits

Rabbits in South Australia are vaccinated every 6 to 12 months depending on age and local outbreak risk. We will advise the interval at the appointment.

Cancellations and missed appointments
- Please give at least two hours' notice to cancel or move a consultation.
- Surgery and dental bookings need one business day's notice.
- A missed appointment without notice attracts a $40 fee, applied from the second occurrence onward.
- Surgery bookings missed without notice attract a $80 fee.
We run a short-notice cancellation list. Ask reception to add you if you need to be seen sooner than the next available slot.
Estimates and consent
We provide a written estimate before any procedure, and we will contact you for consent if costs are likely to exceed the estimate by more than 15 per cent. Estimates are valid for 30 days.
Concessions
- 10 per cent discount on consultation fees for pension and DVA card holders
- 15 per cent discount for registered rescue and foster carers
- Free first consultation for any pet adopted from an SA rescue within the previous 14 days
